Weight Training Or Diet? Or Both?

You can try losing weight by going on a diet. You can also lose weight by exercising regularly every day. But do you have to combine both to really lose those stubborn pounds and burn fat that you have never been able to get rid of before? Well, recent studies have shown that by incorporating both weight training and cardio exercise into your daily routine, you are far more likely to lose weight and keep it off. It is a good combination of balancing your food intake, with burning off enough calories. So the answer is yes, you should try doing both of them together to get the best results.
