Watch the alcohol intake

The next painful realization for me was that I would not lose weight and keep it off unless I eliminated all alcoholic beverages from my diet. I obtained some interesting information from the fat loss 4 idiots review. Not only is alcohol high in calories and easily turned to fat but a glass of wine in the evening is all it takes to weaken my self-control and my resolve not to snack. A glass of wine is not just a glass of wine. For me, it is also six cookies and a bowl of nuts. I discovered that herbal teas could be excellent substitutes. Now, even after reaching my target weight, I drink less alcohol than before.
