Vitamin K2 Supplement Necessary

Along with calcium, Vitamin K2 is extremely essential to keeping bones strong and healthy. It also promotes heart health. Most people do not get enough Vitamin K from the food they eat. Vitamin K comes from green leafy vegetables, but these can only supply about half of what is required for most Americans. A lot of the foods that were once considered rich in Vitamin K now are thought to have less than once stated. Further, a lot of multi-vitamins do not even contain Vitamin K. This makes it difficult for a person to get the required daily allowance. A supplement is necessary.
