Vigilant About Diet For Ripped Abs

Ever since my relapse into my former world of fast food and flab, I have been extremely vigilant about my weight loss goals and end goal of having ripped abs. Even though I have lost 40 pounds now, I am starting to wonder about the supplements my friends have me taking. It just seems like too much! I don’t think they are helping me that much and some of them even make me feel jumpy. I am going to wean myself off those supplements and give myself a big push to do more. Those fridge models aren’t nearly as intimidating as before!
