Two Girls Ask Important Questions About Alcohol Poisoning

“Do you think we could ever drink so much that we would get an alcohol overdose? Does everyone die who gets an alcohol overdose? What’s the best way to avoid an alcohol overdose?” These were questions Stephaney asked her friend, Kathy. Since Kathy didn’t know the answers to her friend’s questions, she suggested that they go online for some information. Good news. The girls found out that a very small percentage of people die from an alcohol overdose. They also found out that alcohol overdose is the same thing as alcohol poisoning. The bad news. Anyone can suffer from an alcohol overdose if he or she drinks substantially more that his or her body can metabolize. Some more bad news. The absolute best way to avoid an alcohol overdose is to refrain from drinking. Now that the girls found out what they needed to know, they would have to do some soul searching and figure out how they would address their drinking behavior.
