The race is indeed on for Britain to fill health care locum jobs currently.  Medical staff shortages have reached crisis proportions globally. The Internet has been an important tool to find locum staff internationally to fill open positions within Britain’s hospitals.  Health care recruiters report success in finding trained and qualified staff for locum jobs outside the UK.  By offering generous pay packages and limited “hospital call,” it has proved to be an attractive incentive to procure international staff.  Many new hires remark at the ease to move professionally and personally to Britain and how much they enjoy our beautiful country and lifestyle.
