The importance of STD tests

People who are sexually active, should undergo an std test to find out if they are affected with any sex disease. People who are sexually active are those who change partners frequently; so even if a spouse of a ‘happily’ married couple changes partners, both the spouses have to undergo an STD test. One ‘active’ partner can pass on an STD to the dormant partner. Without the test, the active partner only spreads STDs, while endangering the lives of others around him or her. Most laboratories conduct STD tests, so all that has to be done is to go to the lab, and have the test done so that the appropriate treatment can be rendered if the test turns out to be positive.
