Steer Clear Of Restaurants If You Want To Lose Weight Fast

I was amazed at the amount of restaurants in my neighborhood recently. Not because they just built a bunch of restaurants overnight, it’s just that I never really noticed them before.
My girlfriend is on this new weight loss kick. She has got it into her head to lose weight fast. I guess I shouldn’t have left the light on the other night, if you catch my drift.
But as we were driving around, I kept suggesting different restaurants to go to, and she kept vetoing me. Said they were too unhealthy, too many hidden carbs, too many hidden saturated fats, etc etc. Even this salad bar restaurant I suggested was vetoed. Something about processed dressing. I didn’t even know you could process dressing.
But, of course, since I support my girlfriend 200%, I quietly agreed when she suggested we go to the supermarket and buy our own home cooked meal.
She explained that the best food you can eat is the kind you cook yourself. I guess restaurant food taste so good because it is filled up with hidden carbs, and fats and stuff. That is if you want to lose weight fast.
So, word to the weight losers, steer clear of restaurants, and cook your own food.
