Runner Training

September 6th, 2008

I have been a runner for a long time now and I recall that when I first started training I trained like what I have read about in the turbulence training review programs. If I wanted to increase my speed, I did some short bursts of increase speed. If I wanted to make sure that I could withstand a 5 hour run, then I would take systematic breaks every 8 minutes for 1 minute. I know that to achieve the best in a workout it is a slow progression to get the bet performance. It may seem like a slow move, but it is the most effective.
