Resveritrol for Weight Loss

May 8th, 2009

Have you ever wondered why red wine drinkers seem to be thin? A recent finding suggests that the same substance that has been credited with heart protection in red wine, may also contribute to weight loss. Resveritrol is a naturally occurring substance found in fruits like grapes and blueberries. It has been suggested that it contributes to the body’s ability to burn fat, which in turn helps people lose weight. This incredible substance may also provide protection against cancer. I’m not sure that there could be much better for our bodies in life than a substance that can protect our hearts, slow the aging process and help us lose weight.
