Step Aerobics offer you an effective Aerobics workout if you add a few minutes of intense movements. Research tells that short bursts of high-intensity exercise burns more calories than the long, low-intense aerobics workout. Short, high-intensity Aerobic Workouts aren’t suggested for a beginner exerciser because of the physical demands needed for this type of workout. They are tough to maintain on a daily basis. Every athlete should differ his workout with long, slow days to build endurance and to recover.
