Protein For Mass

Protein requirements are going to be alot higher if you are seeking to gain muscle, and build your body.  Protein is used to rebuild damaged muscle tissue. It also will help in the production of muscle building hormones.  If you want six pack abs then you will need protein in your diet.   If you hope to pack on some serious mass you are going to need some serious protein.  At least 1 gram of protein per your bodyweight a day.  If you fail to gain on 1 gram of protein or you are sore for a long time, then bump up the grams.
