Obesity causes diseases such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and a good chance of developing osteoarthritis. It also affects people psychologically because of their unwanted sizes. It is a long-term problem, a chronic health condition. Obesity help is not instantaneous, people should strictly follow for a long time. This help includes diets, pills and also surgical operations, but none of these things will last if the person doesn’t change his/her life style for good. You can go to group meetings, dietists and consulting.
