My Friend The Fitness Coach And His Secret To Lose Weight Fast

One my old friends from college came into town last week. He is a fitness instructor at a gym back east. He told me all kinds of cool stories about people who came in desperate for new and exciting ways to lose weight fast. He said it’s pretty easy, from a fitness trainers perspective, on how to determine exactly what  a person’s problem is. Then it’s just a matter of coming up with a good weight loss plan. This is usually a combination of a diet and exercise plan, along with coaching. He says the coaching is more for moral support, as most diets and exercise plans can be found online.
