Lower Back Pain Can Be Debilitating

Over a year ago I was unfortunate enough to be involved in a car accident which has left me with constant and unremitting lower back pain ever since. It is a very debilitating condition and is often very hard to describe to others who have never suffered from it. When people look at me they see me standing up, walking around and doing most of the things I used to do before my accident. They cannot see the pain that I suffer in order to do the most basic of daily tasks. I try to hide the true pain that I suffer but sometimes it gets too much. I find myself sighing all the time and making small grunting sounds to help me cope with the pain. Lower back pain really is one of the nastiest of pains and unfortunately one that some people pretend to have, to the detriment of the real sufferers.
