It seems to be a very annoying problem for the thyroid patients as it results weight gain. Sometimes it is also not reasonable to correlate thyroid problem with obesity, as it is not the sole cause of obesity. But it does effect to stop or slow down the metabolism of the body resulting extra fats in the body. So lose weight with hypothyroidism by eating less and working more. A strong workout routine including three hours long walk is absolutely necessary to sidestep this hassle. Or it is also necessary to take food, which can increase the level of metabolism in the body.
