Large Number of Minerals in Acai Berries

The acai berries have so many minerals among many other nutrients. For example, iron is abundant in the acai berry. You can eat the acai berries if you are iron deficient but if you need more, take some iron supplements. Potassium is also present in abundance in the acai berry.

Acai is low in sodium which most people like. Many people are on a low sodium diet so they like to eat the acai berries.

Calcium is also present in the acai berry as well as magnesium, phosphorus and manganese. There are other minerals in the acai berry. Needless to say, the acai berry contains many nutrients.
