I Built Lean Muscle and Lost Fat with Lean Dessert

As a woman, I had some reservations about using a protein powder. I wanted to build muscle, but I did not want to add fat. Fortunately, a woman at my gym introduced me to Lean Dessert. It has the nutrition I need to build lean healthy muscles. It’s low in fat and high in fiber. It’s great because I can implement it into my low-calorie and low-carb diet plan. Because it tastes delicious, I actually look forward to using it! My favorite flavor is the Chocolate Coconut Candy Bar, but they have lots of other great flavors, too (like Whipped Vanilla Cream, and Fresh Cinnamon Roll). Since I started using this product, I have built muscle and lost 15 pounds of fat!
