How to Get Rid of Belly Fat without Situps

If you have ever tried doing situps and crunches in order to lose belly fat, you already realize that it is an exercise in futility. As a matter of fact, situps will not even make the list of how to get rid of belly fat but they do make the list of how to frustrate yourself and your weight-loss efforts. Instead of doing crunches on a regular basis, try working your legs instead. If you’re able to add lean muscle mass to your legs, you will burn calories throughout the day and even while you are sleeping. That is what is going to make a difference in your weight-loss efforts.
