How to face the problems with discolored nails?

I had ten plus ten discolored nails due to the contagious cum infectious disease three month ago. Furthermore, I did not know how to face the problems with discolored nails. In addition, my self esteem dropped suddenly with my ugly nails. Hence I tried to hide it by painting my hands with nail-polish which made others to ridicule at me because I am male. Thereafter I stopped polishing my nails. I learned that even nail polish can worsen the infection. I decided to take steps to face the fungal infection and fight against it. I prefer to go natural because the side effects of chemical pills for fungal infection are too scary.
