How do you burn fat?

The time tested methods to burn fat have never changed. It’s really quite simple when you think about it. Consume less calories than you burn and you’ll lose weight. This is quite a simple concept but it is not always that easy to do. Many of us have such negative associations to working out and sweating. Weather you have a spiritual belief or not, I believe that we are spiritual in essence and the physical us is secondary. That being said, we are here in physical for to enjoy the physical form. I think there is some kind of physical exercise that we all really enjoy.
