Few essential tips for panic attacks

Treating panic attack is very essential for people as living with these attacks will cause further problems like depression. Panic attacks are not strong enough to harm you physically, but they disturb you a lot mentally. Some tips for panic attacks include: eating healthy diet: people should eat healthy diet as these help them in gaining immunity towards many diseases. Especially diets rich in calcium, magnesium and vitamin B should be taken as their deficiency will cause panic attacks. Doing meditation will help in gaining control over mind, and it also helps in releasing stress. Stress is one of the major cause for panic attacks and this should be avoided.
