Fat loss for idiots review – Scam or Success?

Some people can find success with any diet program while others struggle to lose even a few pounds.  Is it the diet or the person? This was one thing I wanted to discover during my fat loss for idiots review.

As one of the newest and fastest growing dieting ebooks and programs on the Internet I wanted to find out what was behind this hyped fat loss program, and did it really work? The claims of losing 9 pounds in 11 days seemed a little to good to be true for me.

The fat loss 4 idiots program can work, it isn’t rocket science, but it does take discipline on the part of you to get results. There are 10 simple rules to successful fat loss you must follow, along with the strict 11 day diet plan their program creates for you.

The plan allows you to eat four meals per day, one every two and a half hours. Between 11 days cycles you’re allowed three meals of what ever you wish to satisfy cravings is my guess, then you start on another 11 day plan.

Is the diet a scam? I’d say no since it can supply results, how ever don’t go in thinking you can drop weight with no work.
