Exercise for sciatca

Exercises for back pain, exercises for neck pain, there are so many ways to loosen that pain – that promise to work.
Exercise for sciatica is probably one of the most effective ways to remove pain – and one of my favourites, and I don’t like too much activity.
I’d never done it before, but even things like cooking now become easier – the exercises are actually enjoyable – I really like them, adn find that th exercises don’t take up too much of my time during the day.
They really pay off – and my overall health has improved too!
