Ending My Chronic Fatigue Was a Big Relief
August 27th, 2009
I work the night shift in a hospital, and as a nurse I have to stay alert and ready to respond to an emergency at all times. I started feeling sleepy on the job about a year ago, so I slept more during the day. Nothing seemed to help, and in fact, things only got worse. I decided to solve the problem and end chronic fatigue, so I started a program that showed me what I needed to do to get the rest I needed. Now I feel refreshed and alert after less sleep, and I know that I am more sharp when I am at work.
