It all comes down to body types, metabolism, and the ability to stay with the requirements of the diet. An easy weight loss diet plan may be easy to follow and may yield the results you want for that quick fix. If you find that you want to lose that weight and keep it off, you may want to add exercise and a more routine diet that you can live with to make it a weight loss plan of a lifetime.
