Drinking Problem
March 21st, 2009
If you have a drinking problem then there are a few things you can do to take care of it. For starters, try not drinking any alcohol at all for the next 30 days. That should be a good starting point in diagnosing your problem. If you can do this without any trouble whatsoever then perhaps you just need to cut down on your drinking.
But if you have trouble with this idea, and cannot make it 30 days without taking a drink, then perhaps your drinking problem is actually alcoholism. If this is true then you should get yourself to rehab or a treatment center where you can get professional help.
