Diet Health Food Myths

There are a lot of myths and misunderstandings that are associated with diet health food and food in general. For example, some people maintain that to eat a healthy breakfast it shouldn’t be cooked. Others say that a low-fat meal is always better to eat than a high-fat meal. Are these true? Not always.

It is important that you challenge your own assumptions about diet health food. Often what you think is true has been proven to be false. Think about it — the experts are always changing their views on which foods are healthy. How many cycles has the egg went through in the last century?
