Diet Chart – What to include in your diet chart

A diet chart is always needed in all diet plans because of many reasons, mostly because it makes it easier for the dieter to reach their goals.  So what should be included in these diet charts.  The first part should consist of the list of goals you have that you wish to accomplish at the end of your diet.  The second part should consist of the step by step process in which you are going to do to reach those goals.  And the final part should consist of the amount of calories, fat, carbs, etc you eat everyday to keep track of your progress.
