Of all the fitness questions we get, the most common one is probably how to lose belly fat fast. Belly fat can be one of the most stubborn areas in terms of weight loss and many people become frustrated trying to drop the last few pounds in that area. Another common question is how much exercise is needed. A recent study has shown that it actually takes about 55 minutes of hard exercise five days per week to experience significant weight loss, in addition to cutting calories. This is a big commitment but at least we now know what it takes.
