Everyone knows smoking is bad, it harms your body and it weakens your lungs. Cigarettes contain various fatal ingredients but still most of us are unable to stop smoking permanently.
Each cigarette has almost 4000 chemicals and additives. Let us take a look into some of the deadly elements a cigarette stick packs into itself.
A cigarette contains elements like toluene, arsenic, formaldehyde, butane, DDT. Toluene interferes with the functioning of the nervous system, and can lead to conditions like dizziness, fatigue, migraines, and depression. DDT is a pesticide which is found to have lead to birth defects and adverse effects effect on human health.
So make your choice. At least take an informed decision. To smoke or not to smoke is your individual choice, but it’s vital to know what you are getting into.
