Choose to Lose at Indianapolis Downtown Boot Camp

I have been working on losing weight and improving my health for a little over a year now. I had a lot of weight to lose and was able to lose all but twenty pounds on my own. I make sure I eat a balanced and nutritious diet and some sort of exercise each day. I couldn’t get that last twenty pounds off no matter what I did so I started looking for help. I am so glad I found out about the Indianapolis Downtown Boot Camp. These drill sargents and missions are exactly what I needed to reach my goal.
