Cat Stretch Pose to Get Taller

Sculpted stomach and back is one of the benefits of yoga for height gain. Strengthening these areas and supporting the spine better goes a long way in making you stand taller. Perform the Cat Stretch as part of other exercises to aid in this purpose. Get down on all fours, with arms straight below the shoulders perpendicular to the floor. Also hold your thighs perpendicular to the floor. Breathe in, arch your spine down, and raise your head up. Hold for a couple of seconds. Now breathe out, arch your spine up, and lower your head down. Repeat the procedure 8 times.
