Burn The Fat

Twenty years ago, if you were to ask a fat loss expert how to lose fat the fastest way possible, his answer would probably be something generic like, “Diet and exercise.”
Probe a little further and he’d probably tell you, “Well, you need to follow a low fat, high carbohydrate, and moderate protein diet and do a lot of aerobic exercise to burn the fat.”
Now, you can certainly lose weight following those recommendations. Many people did, but they also had to suffer through very low calorie, very restrictive diets, and they also had to do hour upon hour of aerobic activity to impact fat loss and lost valuable muscle in the process.
