2. Use workouts that will work large muscle groups – dead-lifts, bench press.  Strengthening the core muscles are what you need for ripped abs!

3. You need to drink water, and plenty of it.  Although it will not help you lose weight, water is simple healthy, it is calorie free and better than the fizzy drinks or alcohol.

4. Quit the smokes!
