2 Ab Exercises You Should NEVER Do To Lose Stomach Fat

Here I’m going to give you the most useless ab exercises that you need to avoid if you are wanting to get abs.

1. Situps – These are designed to hurt your back. They will work a very limited section of your abdomen and you will not get great results.

2. Crunches – A slight variation on situps. These are better on your back but still only work a limited section of your abdomen.

If you want a fast, full-abs workout that will help you lose stomach fat AND get abs, please do some research BEFORE you hit the gym.
