The flexor carpi ulnaris (m. flexor carpi ulnaris) is on the ulnar border of the forearm. It originates from the medial epicondyle of the humerus, from the posterior margin of the ulna, and from the olecranon. Its tendon is attached to the pisiform bone, which is a sesamoid bone in relation to it, and then to the hamate bone ( as lig. Pisohamatum) and the fifth metacarpal bone (as lig. Pisometacarpeum).
