Stress Relief with Foam Roller Exercises

My sister has a new routine after work and for the first time in a year it does not involve stopping at the ice cream shop.  She has found a new way to deal with the stress of her job and lose weight at the same time.  The foam roller exercises that she saw in a book about fat loss have changed her life.  My sister spends an hour each evening working out on the foam roller and has lost weight and reduced her stress.  I have noticed that she is much happier with her new routine.  She finally laughs and is not nearly as uptight as she used to be.
