the key behind fat loss nutrition is low calories not low carbs. you can eat a low calorie diet and you will have a ton of success and a really good set of 6 pack abs. the sense here is that you do not have to depleat yourself with cuttinng out the carbs that you need to have the energy to get through a workout and just the day in general. making the right choices in your diet is the best thing that you can do for yourself. it is a very important thing to keep in mind when you are eating.
