Getting the Routine Down

I have been following my new workout routine for the last week, and I can already tell such a difference in how I feel. I start off with the sciatica stretches that the doctor recommended. At first, they were very hard to do. Now I feel great after completing the entire routine. I will admit that I did not have too much faith in them when I started, but now I do not go a day without doing them. I have even got my wife doing these stretches with me. She says that her back feels better than it has in a long time.
