Gauge More Sweet White Wine Varieties
October 31st, 2011
It is a common challenge among people to determine the quality of sweet white wine varieties. There are talks about swirling the wine and see how it “sticks” to the glass. These are said to mean that the more it lingers on the sides of the glass, the higher its quality is. These may hold some truth as the sugar content of the extracted grapes can be measured more effectively through such. It is important to take note, though, that this is not reliable in gauging the alcohol content of the wine. It is still safer to refer to the label for the information to avoid making mistakes.
