Coffee for Beginners
June 1st, 2010
When it comes to coffee, different people have different likings. There are general tips across the board in creating good coffee. Arabica coffee beans are less bitter compared to Robusta beans, hence they taste better. Another secret is to purchase whole coffee beans because they retain the fragrant oils in the bean. It is important that the beans are sealed properly in an air tight bag to prevent any oxidation. A beginner in coffee brewing does not need the best coffee maker. Just get a cheap one to begin with. Try out a cheap machine first. A word of advice: a fully manual coffee maker is a lot of work, so you might want to look at semi-automatic options at first.
