If you are engaged in business industry, you will know to follow on the required steps in legalizing your business. There are a lot of reasons why independent Certified Public Accountants engage in pension plan audits. They want to give comfort to the employees of a certain company, management and fiduciaries of the plan because seeing your own auditors just once in a year is not enough to provide and assures employees a sense of security in terms of their retirement assets. Also to give the employees the idea that management cares about their retirement. Lastly, the reason behind is because the government requires to do involve in pension plan audits when the employees are numerous enough.
