All Over Food Processing Plant Sanitation

March 31st, 2010

Plant sanitation is a vital issue in the maintenance of food processing.  HACCP has done much to improve and streamline plant sanitation.  A crew that is well versed sometimes falls prey to human error when following rules and guidelines.

Fruittek’s plant sanitation systems is a secondary back up system to the main cleaning.  Some of its advantages is a no wet system, a droplet size that can be carried in the air and cover every surface, and uses a non-toxic peroxygen Biosafe chemical.  The fogging systems no wet manner of sanitation works well with plants using a “dry clean” system for their equipment.
