I was only getting 2Mbps

In my opinion vodafone has very good customer service and Mobile Broadband Coverage , they tend to try and solve problems and be helpful. In my case, last year, I was only getting 2Mbps, even though it is decribed as up to 8Mbps. The speed I get is about 2500Mbps in the day and 1500Mbps downloads in the evening. Uploads remain around the 300-350Mbps mark. So it has just ended up as another year with Vodafone, but paying less for the slow speeds. Hopefully by this time next year they will have improved the technology and offer true speeds. My advice, give them a chance, at least they try to help.
