DMX Intelligent Lights Can Set The Mood

I hadn’t paid particular attention to how lighting can set the stage for a mood or a particular visual experience. I became aware of it when my vision was temporarily impaired. I was not able to experience the theater in the same way. I have always been aware of how music contributes to theater but lighting was a new awareness for me. My vision is fine now, and I am able to thoroughly enjoy theater and musical occasions once again.

My husband and I recently spent a few days at a lodge upcountry. There was entertainment provided in the lounge and the DJ was using a new system of lighting called DMX Intelligent Lights. He shared with us how new advancements in technology have resulted in less expensive, mobile lighting systems and ones that weigh much less. We also learned that this new control system of “smart” lights is specifically made to be compatible with much of the older technology. This has prevented much of his equipment from being obsolete. We enjoyed the show, both for it’s music and it’s lighting.

iPhone 3G chargers

I don’t have an iPhone right now but a friend of mine does and i was wondering if all of them need to be charged. She got her iPhone from a friend but without a iPhone 3G Charger. I also have an iPod that I need a charger for. It is a grey ipod Nano and i think around 1-2 gb.It doesn’t have a color screen like my nephews ipod video so it is a pretty old model i think. Should we have a charger for it? The battery may be going and i don’t know if certain models only have chargers or are they all would work?

Handheld Device to Diagnose Many Diseases in Under 15 Minutes

Worried that you might have Multiple Sclerosis but are too lazy to go to the doctor to check and see? Well, you’re an idiot, but your laziness may soon be, if not rewarded, at least not punished thanks to the work of some researchers at the HDMI Deals University of Leeds . They’ve developed new biosensor technology that makes it possible for a handheld device to check for a number of different diseases in under 15 minutes.

This disease diagnosis works by detecting biomarkers — substances in the body that indicate specific diseases. For example, the protein PSA (prostate specific antigen) frequently appears at elevated levels in men who have prostate cancer; the currently administered PSA blood test is the most effective way to screen for the disease. With the Leeds team’s new device, however, prostate cancer screening would become much easier.

When completed, it should make diagnosing diseases a much quicker and cheaper process, which will lead to earlier detection and better treatments. All good things! I look forward to testing myself for various diseases every day and becoming obsessed with checking and ensuring that I’m as healthy as humanly possible.

Does Adware Alert Work?

I just recently found out I have a few spyware and adware files located on my computer. I know there are a bunch of different anti spyware software programs out there but I’m not sure which one will work best for me. I found this Adware Alert Review that says to not use the program. I’m not sure exactly why I shouldn’t use it. Has anyone else used this software or not just exactly why this review says not to use it. I found other review sites on the net that said the software was good enough for them.

Signing Up For A Software Course

Did the company send you to sign up for software testing courses?  What’s your call? Do you want to go through training? Many people ask this question on the internet, however; the answer lies in your own convictions and experience. If you’re more of a hands on person, testing and trying out would definitely do you more good than sitting in software testing courses. However, if you’re the kind who prefers guidance and theoretical covering of what you’re doing, courses are your thing for sure. Whatever you do, don’t go to courses because you’re being pushed to. If you believe those courses won’t make any difference, then explain it to whoever is pushing you.

What RegCure did for my computer

Last year, my computer was running like a slug.  It would literally take five minutes for a single web page to load.  I was so frustrated with my computer because I could not do anything with it, and I am addicted to the web, so I really need to use my computer!  I honestly do not remember how I stumbled upon the registry cleaner RegCure, but boy am I ever glad that I did!  When I used RegCure to clean my polluted registry, my computer started to work better right away.  I was so worried I would have to reformat the hard drive, but I did not have to do that after using RegCure.

Go online for sending and receiving Faxes

Going online to send and receive faxes over the Internet isn’t just an easier way of doing business, it’s also greener, because it saves on paper and ink, and less expensive because you don’t need a fax machine at home, or a land line connected to your home office. Using a service like My Fax to provide you with a local or toll-free fax number that your clients, customers, and contacts can use to send you information is one of the easiest ways you can automate your home office life. It’s easy, and convenient, you’ll wonder how you ever filed all those papers away that you received before.

Keeping Your Actions Private On Your PC

If you’re using the internet to conduct private business that you don’t want others to see, then you better make sure that you clear all the cache and history folders.  Many people don’t know where these are or how to clear them, and that’s where Privacy software comes in.  I just wrote up a ParetoLogic Privacy Controls review going over why I think this is a great program.  It will clear all the relevant cache and history folders wtih the simple click of a button, ensuring that all your tracks are covered.  I recommend getting the free download to see what it’s like.

Neo Geo on DS

If you’re anything like us, you remember the days of the now almost extinct arcade. Neo-Geo was one of the last generation of arcade consoles and some of their most memorable games include Mark of the Wolves, Samurai Showdown, and the Metal Slug series (My personal favorite). According to R4 DS the Neo-Geo can now be brought to your DS through an emulator. Enjoy this guide by Racketboy who shows you how to bring back the nostalgic days of youth without having to spend endless quarters trying to beat the last boss. All in all I personally spent about 50 dollars trying to beat Metal Slug X on the Neo-Geo arcade system over multiple sessions.

Everything you want to know about the Zune 3.0 release and new hardware

I posted the news about the new Zune 3.0 software on the zune Blog the other day, but if you want to learn all the details of the new Zune hardware, accessories, and Zune 3.0 update coming to you next week then check out Jason Dunn’s detailed 6-page writeup on his recent visit to Zune HQ in Redmond.

Jason covers the desktop software (Channels seem cool), the social improvements, firmware updates, how to search with the on-device text selection mechanism, games, accessories, and audiobooks.

Like Jason states in his conclusion, I too would like to see a widescreen, high resolution Zune designed for video consumption. I am pleased with the WiFi improvements and may just have to subscribe to the Zune Pass again. I have already charged up my Zune 4GB as I get ready to hit the jogging trail again and get back into some semblance of shape before the winter months set in.

Registry Problems Can Be Solved Rather Quickly

If your computer isn’t running well and you need a good program to help you clear out all the excess files and folders that tend to build up in the registry, then I definitely recommend getting a good registry repair software program.  There is no hope to clearing the registry by yourself.  The best registry cleaner is RegCure in my opinion, and I currently use this program on my own computer.  RegCure is so easy to use that anyone can use it to clean out their Windows registry.  RegCure will scan the registry quickly, find the orphaned and obsolete files and folders, and then allow you to remove them with the click of a mouse button.
