Some experts call the fencing mask part of the psychology of the sport. After all, what lies behind the mask is an important part of the battle and the tatics of the game. Just like poker players who cover their eyes with sun glasses, the fencer covers his face. It is an important part of fencing. Mental training is just as important as physical training. It is nice to look your opponent right in the eye but with fencing there is some gamemanship being done with the secret behind the mask. For more on mental training visit fencing.net. It’s a great site for the sport.

Poker and health are directly related. In order to keep up your Stamina in Poker, here are a few tips that will help: Get plenty of rest before you play poker, don’t drive long distances and immediately start playing. Take breaks every 1-2 hours to keep up your stamina; walk around the casino or house you’re at to get the blood flowing. Whatever you do, don’t play more than 12 hour sessions; you’ll make a lot more money playing two 12 hour sessions than 1 36 hour session. When you’re tired, you make more mistakes, and that’s not what you’re trying to do, are you?

Everything would be damp and damn when it rains, that is how the saying goes right? But, what happened to us when it rains during our last fly fishing trip in alaska was amazing! I mean, sure, we did not get any catch that day, but the time we spent playing "taboo" was simply amazing. Sometimes, I guess an outing need not be smooth in order to have fun, you need to have the fun time just doing things together. For example, for this alaska trip, we planned for almost 6 months as a family and in the end, it rained for the 2 days that we were supposed to fish, but still I enjoyed and I believed my family also enjoyed the time spent hiding in the little tent playing "taboo"…

Helpful Quick Weight Loss Tips
Want some quick weight loss tips? Remember, you should not resort to starving yourself or using fad diets that promise to help you lose weight fast; this might undermine your health in the process.
One good tip is to drink lots of water. Water can be an effective appetite suppressant by maintaining your stomach full and prevents you from being dehydrated. Drinking water can also help you burn calories. The process of drinking water itself burns about sixty-two calories a day. Additionally, your body needs to work in order to raise the temperature of the water to meet your body’s temperature, which is about 430 calories a week.

Paintball has been around for over 10 years and has many avid followers. There is now a new combat simulation game that is even more fun and less expensive than paintball. It is called Airsoft and it’s becoming popular since it hurts less to be hit with an Airsoft plastic BB than a paintball. There are cheap Airsoft guns available in a variety of styles and while they look real there is a bright orange strip to mark them as a toy. What could be more fun than to have a group of friends over to play war in the great outdoors and create new tales of heroism in the face of adversity?

Over and over, people talk about coming to Myrtle Beach to play golf. What they don’t always know is what is involved in putting a Myrtle Beach Golf Package together. Quite simply, it’s just a matter of coming up with some key information and then talking (either by phone or by email) to a golf package professional like Golf Trek’s Golfmasters. What information do you really need to have? First of all, decide on how long of a trip you want. Then, you need to decide on the trip dates. Often, this is easy if you are driving to Myrtle Beach. If you decide that you need to fly, then the flight schedules play a key part in the dates. Next, how many rounds of golf do you want to play and are they going to be morning or afternoon rounds or perhaps some combination. Provide this information to the Golfmaster you are working with and he will be able to put information together for your review, alteration and/or approval.

Surfing’s not easy, but you can master it with practice. Lean your weight slightly in the direction you want to travel. Dipping the surfboard at a shallow angle will generate a reaction force that moves you in the direction you want to go. Take care not to make it steep or you’ll tend to rotate. If you turn at too great an angle, you’re much more likely to fall off. Not good.Aim for riding down the face of the wave. For the relatively short waves that are right for a beginner this is pretty much like riding near the crest. Save the curl riding for later, when you have more experience. It will give you something to aim for.

Are you a rookie golfer and want some tips on Womens Golf Clothing? If you have already visited a course, then you know there are some general guidelines for your clothing. First and foremost, you have to wear nice slacks or shorts. Women are allowed to wear skirts or skorts, but they cannot be shorter than mid-thigh. Your shirt has to have a collar and stay tucked in at all times. Shirts may be sleeveless with a collar, but be wary because some cultures frown upon sleeveless shirts. Finally, your shoes. Many golf courses now do not permit cleats, but it seems many ‘golf’ shoes have them. Your best option for comfort and regulations is to wear a pair of soft nylon tennis shoes.

Before you saddle up there are some basic steps that a responsible rider should consider. After you buy a new saddle from the collection of Billy Cook Saddles you will want to know some proper guidelines to saddle up. The first step that experts suggest is to groom your horse. You don’t want any debris in the saddle area. Use a saddle pad. After that prepare your saddle and all the straps. Next, place the saddle on the horse’s back with care. Make sure then, to adjust the saddle and pad. Your next step will be to connect the cinches and the breast collar. Finally stretch out the horse’s front legs and you are ready to ride. Remember, practice makes perfect and good technique will ensure a good ride.

Now I do a lot of walking with the dogs and often come back from a rain sodden muddy field with piles of dirt and grime all over me. What I actually need is a really good set of Waterproof Jackets which is why I’ve been looking at a range of outdoor clothing sites to help find some decent stuff.
I’ve narrowed down the selection to Montane, Berghaus, and Mountain Equipment which seem to offer the best blend of price, style, and quality. Right now I’m torn between the Berghaus Calisto jacket and the Montane superfly XT jacket - with the latter being 4 times more expensive but much more lightweight and breathable.
Anyone have any suggestions as to which one is better?

Well, I am something of a knife collector. Okay, my family thinks that I am a knife “nut,” but I can’t help it; it is in my blood. My grandfather, years ago gave me my first Benchmade knife. Nothing terribly fancy, but a good, solid knife that I still use today. That is the thing about a knife. It can last a lifetime, and if you treat it right, and take care of it properly you’ll be able to do like my grandfather did, and be able to pass down your own favorite knife. Some folks think it may be silly, but in my family, its tradition.

Saddles are usually divided into two major categories: “English saddles” and “Western saddles” according to the riding discipline they are used in. Today the saddles are made out of light chrome molly tubing, high density foam padding, nylon webbing along with leather and felt padding. The wider trees on many popular saddles are uniquely designed to fit wide horses like no other saddle made. Our used saddles are made with top quality craftsmanship and details, excellent leather (smooth bridle or grained), and first rate design for a major German owned company which has been in business for over thirty years.
