If you play sport then you will be aware that there are fashions as to how many people play. For example when Wimbledon is on TV in the UK you suddenly see people in parks hitting tennis balls about for a few weeks. And when the US Open golf is on, the golf courses suddenly fill up. It is worth remembering that although doing this can help your fitness levels, by dabbling in a sport for a short period of time, you are likely to strain muscles. It could be worth just taking a few tennis or golf lessons (or whatever sport you are doing) just to make sure that you know how to warm up and down properly and how to make sure that you protect your body from injury.

Another thumbs up from this satisfied customer. I cycle to work regularly and also cycle as a recreational hobby and I have found my legs recover from those really long rides much faster when I am supplementing with maximuscle cyclone. I have been using strawberry flavour mostly and I find it mixes really well and does not stop me from wanting to eat my regular meals. A little tip I would add though, post training I would mix a banana in either the shake or eat separately if you do not have a blender to help replenish those glycogen stores! You will recover much faster and it will also help to shuttle the protein to where it is needed.

Elvis not only played in Memphis, but lived in Graceland right outside the city limits. Elvis Presley Boulevard is where you can find his estate. Take a tour through his home and see how he lived. You will certainly see that he lived like a king. After touring his mansion, visit the Mediation Garden to pay your respects to Elvis and his family. This is where they have been put to rest. Thousands visit every year to say their goodbyes.

I’m a newbie. I’ve only been riding a couple of months, so I guess the horse is really riding me. Haha! So I was riding at the local riding center and admiring some of the girls and women I saw who were riding and were way more advanced than me. One of them was nice enough to get off and show me her stuff. (I might have been staring I guess). She had the most beautiful English saddle!! I want to be good enough to have one of those one day. She told me English saddles take a lot of work and make your muscles sore. But I think it is so worth it. She showed me all of the pieces too. Her horse was really nice too. I gave it a carrot and I swear it grinned at me.

There are many books written as a beginners guide to golf. You can find the in libraries, bookshops or even buy them online as ebooks. Choosing which one is the best can be quite tricky as there are quite a few aspects to consider. It is well worth flicking through the book if you can and reading a few paragraphs to see whether it is written at a level suitable for you and whether you like the writing style, the layout and the book generally. It could also be beneficial to read some reviews of the book. Some people prefer books with lots of pictures, some prefer bullet pointed facts and others prefer long sections of text, so this is also worth bearing in mind when you are choosing.

One of the best ways to improve your game of golf is to get some golf instruction. You will be shown how to improve individual parts of your game, such as your strokes, swings and stance in order to play better. You will also be shown what exercises to do before and after playing, to warm up and warm down, as well as in between games, in order to tone and stretch the key muscles that you use during the game. You may even be taught aspects of the mental game of golf. All of these things combined, should really help you to improve your game, as long as you make sure that you keep practicing them as well as continuing to play the game regularly.

Once you can get the basics of the golf swing down, you can then start to look at each individual movement in more detail. So practise the basic swing and a variety of shots before you start to analyze each little detail. Golf is a game where technique and practise will always overcome trying to perfect every small thing. The harder you practise, the luckier you will become. Many golfers have found this out and no number of golf swing tips will make you into a top 100 world ranked player. You must get out there and practise hard and often.

Every round of golf does not have to be for scoring purposes. When you get the opportunity you should play a round of golf to work on several aspects of your game. Make the time and opportunity to do that. If you simply play all the time your game will suffer. If you never take the time for improvements you can fall in a trap. You need plenty of golf swing practice. So focus on your swing during practice time. Try to “shadow” that good swing that you have seen on films. Work on your chipping game and those fairway woods. Practice will work wonders.

Some experts call the fencing mask part of the psychology of the sport. After all, what lies behind the mask is an important part of the battle and the tatics of the game. Just like poker players who cover their eyes with sun glasses, the fencer covers his face. It is an important part of fencing. Mental training is just as important as physical training. In order to keep up your Stamina in Poker, here are a few tips that will help: Get plenty of rest before you play poker, don’t drive long distances and immediately start playing. Take breaks every 1-2 hours to keep up your stamina; walk around the casino or house you’re at to get the blood flowing. Whatever you do, don’t play more than 12 hour sessions; you’ll make a lot more money playing two 12 hour sessions than 1 36 hour session. When you’re tired, you make more mistakes, and that’s not what you’re trying to do, are you?

Everything would be damp and damn when it rains, that is how the saying goes right? But, what happened to us when it rains during our last fly fishing trip in alaska was amazing! I mean, sure, we did not get any catch that day, but the time we spent playing "taboo" was simply amazing. Sometimes, I guess an outing need not be smooth in order to have fun, you need to have the fun time just doing things together. For example, for this alaska trip, we planned for almost 6 months as a family and in the end, it rained for the 2 days that we were supposed to fish, but still I enjoyed and I believed my family also enjoyed the time spent hiding in the little tent playing "taboo"…

Paintball has been around for over 10 years and has many avid followers. There is now a new combat simulation game that is even more fun and less expensive than paintball. It is called Airsoft and it’s becoming popular since it hurts less to be hit with an Airsoft plastic BB than a paintball. There are cheap Airsoft guns available in a variety of styles and while they look real there is a bright orange strip to mark them as a toy. What could be more fun than to have a group of friends over to play war in the great outdoors and create new tales of heroism in the face of adversity?
