It was difficult, but my husband and I have made our decision. We have put an offer on the Boulder Mountain house that we liked so much. We also looked at Las Sendas Homes but when we weighed the pros and cons we decided that we liked the other place better. I am looking forward to our move to Arizona. My husband is excited about his new job and I am happy that we are finally going to start a family. Right now we live in a nice apartment but we did not want to raise children there so we decided to wait.

I live in a rural area and my neighbor owns a lot of land that sits next to mine. He stopped by yesterday to get my opinion on a new idea that he has. There are a few things that I love to do in life. One of those things is to find really great properties, fix them, and sell them again. I have found some amazing tax foreclosure properties that I never thought I would find. They are deals that you only come across every once in a while in life. I did not believe how much money I was able to make because of it. I am just so happy that it will work out for me the way I wanted it to. I just love to be able to do things that I love.

My secretary called me this morning at home about the warehouse space. She was tasking so fast because of her excitement. The only words I could make out clearly was boise office warehouse space and good price. I was finally able to get her to stop talking long enough to get the address and to tell her I would meet her in an hour. She hung up the phone and I smiled to myself while I finished breakfast. She is also my mother in-law and my wife is just like her. When she is excited about something she talks too fast to understand her. My wife doesn’t think she talks fast but she does.

I have been busy looking at house and land packages in various regions of the country as we have not made a set decision on exactly where we would like to move to. We do know that it is time to get out of the city and the hectic lifestyle so we are very keen to make the move sometime soon. We have a few locations in mind but a big part of the decision will come down to where we can afford to buy in to. We are lucky in the fact that our house in the city has increased quite a bit in value since we bought it so we will have a little bit of cash to play with.

Since my husband has been unemployed for several months, he’s been exploring different avenues to make money. He saw an infomercial on television about how to get into the wholesale real estate market and begin buying and selling property and houses at below cost. I’ve never really known much about this type of business so it’s going to take some studying on my part to get up to speed on it too. He wants to take some of our savings and invest in some foreclosure property. I’m a bit concerned and want to learn more about the whole operation before making a commitment to it.
