What does a personal injury solicitor do?

February 19th, 2009

There are many things that the personal injury solicitor will do.  The main thing, of course, is that they will pursue a claim on your behalf.  Once you have handed over all the relevant documentation related to the claim that you are pursuing, then the personal injury solicitor will be for the empowered to pursue that a leverage avoided the maximum financial compensation that they can get for your claim.  The fees that they will charge will be added onto the top of the claim.  That happens in most cases anyway. In the worst cases, it would be a no win no fee arrangement.
